Insurance and payment For Counseling
I accept Medicaid and Medicare. I am in-network for most Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Allegiance, Optum, Cigna, CHIP, and First Choice plans. However, I cannot guarantee that your particular plan considers my practice in-network or out-of-network, or if your plan even covers mental health/counseling. Please contact your insurance provider and ask about your coverage to guard against any unpleasant coverage surprises. I do accept out-of-network insurance and I accept credit/debit cards for co-payments or direct pay.

I charge a $35 late cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in termination of services.
I am available for a short (20 min max) initial consultations either in person or through Telehealth.
